    Twenty-four Year 9 students went to the STEM Innovation Centre at The College at Braintree on 10 July 2017 where they were given the opportunity to hear about careers and apprenticeships in the STEM subjects (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics).

    Students at Braintree Sixth Form are celebrating our best ever IB results with 100% of students obtaining the IB diploma at an average pass rate of 32.4 points.

  • Scarlett Perrin – Diana Award Winner

    We are delighted to announce that Scarlett Perrin, a Year 13 student, is one of this year’s winners of the prestigious Diana Award. This is the 20th anniversary of this award and Scarlett is one of only 750 outstanding young people to have won this award from the UK and across the world.

  • On Monday 3 July, our annual Induction Day took place where we welcomed our Braintree Sixth Form applicants for September 2017.

  • We would like to invite you to join us at our Creative Arts Festival on Thursday 6 July to celebrate the achievement of students in the creative arts and design and technology. We are looking forward to musical performances of contemporary songs from the choir and soloists.
  • The UK Maths Challenges involve answering 25 multiple choice questions and are sat in school under normal exam conditions. They are often intriguing questions which are designed to stimulate an interest in maths.
