The Creative Arts Faculty consists of Art & Design, Dance, Drama, Music. It is a very important part of the school’s curriculum which helps to develop many creative traits and abilities within our students. There are Subject Leaders for each Department, with overall faculty leadership from a Faculty Leader.

All students study each of the subject areas at Key Stage 3 and then can continue their studies at Key Stage 4. Each of the subjects within the Creative Arts Faculty can be studied to GCSE. There are a number of creative subjects also offered at Key Stage 5 at Braintree Sixth Form, enabling students to study either AS/A2 or International Baccalaureate courses.

There are a wide range of extra-curricular opportunities provided for students by the Creative Arts Faculty in all subject areas.
