After the recent inclusion of Transgender in the LGBT Stonewall charity, the Education for All conference held in the QEII centre was both educational and highly enlightening. 

Youth Health Champion

I took part in a two day course in which we learnt about various topics which can affect your mental and physical health, such as wellbeing, drugs and alcohol and how to deal with stress.

Year 11 Rewards Trip

On Friday 25th September, the Year 11 rewards trip took place at the local bowling alley, Namco Funscape.

GCSE Results 2015

After record-breaking results at Braintree Sixth Form last week, Year 11 students from Notley High School are today celebrating their GCSE results.

Dexan and the Speak Out Challenge

Uniform Delivery Issues

We understand that there have been a number of issues with our new uniform supplier over the summer and that some of our new students will not have everything required when they arrive tomorrow and possibly into next week.

Please reassure them not to be concerned and that we are aware of the problems with the deliveries. 

A Level Results 2015

42% A*-B grades at Braintree Sixth Form

Students and staff at Braintree Sixth Form are celebrating a 100% pass rate across all A level and International Baccalaureate subjects with 42% of A level students gaining top grades.

CHIPS Training Day

On Tuesday 7th July, I had the privilege of joining Mr Hardwick in training the 21 newly chosen CHIPS team for September, a  peer mentoring and listening scheme, originally set up through Childline (Childline in partnership with Schools).
