Year 7 Road Safety Play

This multi-media event has been designed specifically for Key Stage 3 students and uses drama and real-life scenarios to deliver important road safety messages.

The performance aims to:

• Raise awareness of the dangers of roadside distractions, including the use of mobile phones, listening to music, and being distracted by friends.
• Help students recognise and manage peer influence and peer pressure when making decisions about their safety.
• Promote safe, responsible and positive behaviour on journeys to and from school.
• Encourage students to think carefully about how their choices can help keep themselves and others safe when near roads.
