BT Email Address Alert
We have become aware that the schools InTouch messages that are being sent to BTinternet.com addresses are being rejected. We have discussed the issue with our provider and they have determined that it is an issue with BT rather than our software.
Some of you may remember that we had the same issue about a year ago. Please contact BT customer service to report this fault and if at all possible please provide us with an alternative email address we can use instead. You can send us this via EdulinkOne or email it to email@example.com.
