We welcomed two speakers to Notley High & Braintree Sixth Form on Tuesday 14 January 2020 to talk to students from Years 10 - 13 across the morning, with a focus on problem gambling and gambling addiction.
Year 9 parents/carers/students are invited to attend the KS4 Courses Evening on Wednesday 5 February 2020, from 5pm – 8pm in Braintree Sixth Form.

Two former Braintree Sixth Form students, Natacha Maurin and Sam Newman, came back to Braintree Sixth Form on 7 January 2020, to take an assembly on university life, UCAS applications and applications to Oxbridge in particular.
On Wednesday 18 December 2019, we celebrated Christmas with our annual Christmas lunch of roast turkey, roast potatoes, pigs in blankets, stuffing balls, served with a selection of vegetables, followed by chocolate fudge cake – all complete with Christmas crackers.
Christmas capers and festive fun was the order of the day at the school library, with a special 3-day Christmas extravaganza to celebrate the end of term.
Monday 16 December 2019 saw the inaugural F9 festive cake baking event organised to raise money for the Helen Rollason Cancer Charity. The charity, chosen by the Head of House Mrs Wallace is dedicated to supporting people whose lives are touched by cancer.
On Friday 13 December all year 11 students attended part 2 of the Maximising Success training from The Life Skills Company which builds on all the revision tips and techniques shared with them in Year 10.
